Gridlock Investment (Proprietary) Limited is a 100% Botswana owned youth company that is providing works, services, consultancy and solutions in the Information Communications and Technology sector, building and civil engineering, landscape and gardening, fencing, welding and fabrication.

We have a 100% citizen youth staff compliment trained and educated in all domains of specialty. Gridlock Investments is a result of a formidable opportunity that arose from the combination of the high unemployment rates and Government Economic Empowerment schemes for the youth and the economic diversification initiatives. The advent of new opportunities in the Economic Stimulus Package initiative and youth empowerment schemes driven by the Government necessitated the formation of Gridlock Investments (Proprietary) Limited.

The company was incorporated in 2015 and was recently able to register with PPADB in August 2016 after satisfaction of the registration requirements that emphasized the need to have experienced and qualified personnel for the works and services that the company wanted to provide, the company embarked on a recruitment of experienced and qualified personnel, the entire process lasted for a period of one year, as of now the company prides itself with a staff complement of over 8 youths, in management positions, administration and the technical domain.
